  • 6:30pm Dinner at 33 Brick Street. Larry Bird Themed Sports Bar.  Meet up for those who came early.

Friday July 17

Training is back!!!

  • 9:00am – 4:00pm — Hospitality Suite Open (FDR Suite)
  • 9:00am – 12:00 pm Hands-on Training 6 stations 30 minute each going over different equipment repair, operation and calibration. 
  • 12:00pm – 1:00pm  Lunch

Annual Meeting, Dinner & Auction

  • 3:00pm – 4:00pm — Vendor Setup (Clifton 102 Lower)
  • 4:00pm – 5:30pm — Round Table Social Hour (Clifton 102 Lower)
  • 5:30pm – 6:30pm — Cocktail Reception (Clifton 102 Lower & Lower Terrace)
  • 6:30pm – 7:30pm — Business Meeting (Clifton 102 Lower)
  • 7:30pm – 8:30pm — Dinner (Clifton 102 Lower)
  • 8:30pm – 11:00pm — Scholarship Auction (Clifton 102 Lower)

Saturday July 18

  • 9:00am Tee Time @ Sandy Creek Golf Course (9 holes, par 3, no cart, no clubs needed)
  • 1:00pm – 5:00pm — Trap & Skeet (Sporting Clay Range)
  • 1:00pm – 4:00pm – Horseback Riding (West Baden Stables) 3 Groups 1-2-3pm
    *There are a total of 12 horses, therefore participants will need to sign up in the Hospitality Room for either the 2pm trip or the 3pm trip.
  • 5:30pm- ? Saturday Night Games and Fun, Bowling & Billiards

(Dinner is Self Pay - please Register for Reservation Purposes). Join us for dinner at this restaurant that is an homage to French Lick’s own Larry Bird.
Friday 7/17/2026 Activities:
Experience training outdoors with 6 hands-on stations and demonstrations of equipment and hands on training. Rotate every 30 minutes for a total of 3 hours of training for several categories.

Socialize with your association and other vendors and help raise money for the IPMA and our scholarship fund.

9 Holes Par 3 No clubs needed, unless you want to. No Cart! This is not your father's golf course, this is a short fun golf course. For the non-golfer, this will be fun. REGISTRATION FOR GOLF ENDS 6/16/2026.
